Arbor Dale is a community of people who gather to give glory to Jesus Christ. It is a family of faith where you can experience the welcome of God and the fellowship of his Spirit. As we worship, make disciples and demonstrate God's love we seek to be a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled congregation full of grace that is fixed upon God's word.

A Prayer for Pentecost and Journey Beyond
Two weeks ago we celebrated the descent of God’s Spirit to live and move in the brothers and sisters of Jesus. After Pentecost, we celebrated Trinity Sunday where we were invited to remember and believe in and live for Jesus, his God and Father and their Spirit. Pentecost and Trinity Sunday are the final chapters in the story that stretches from Advent to Christmas to Easter and into our lives. As we have told that story we have heard the good news that God calls to us, that Jesus prays for us, and the Spirit is even now leading us into all truth. With the work and grace of the triune God in mind, I want to offer you a prayer from Pentecost that we can pray together throughout the summer as we respond to the one God:
Eternal God and Father,
you create us by your power
and redeem us by your love;
just as you created us by your Spirit
guide and strengthen us by the same Spirit
so that we might give ourselves in love
to one another and to you;
we pray this through Jesus Christ.
